I've been refilling gallon water jugs here for a couple years. The staff are friendly and accommodating, but after what happened today, I may not return. Brett and I were loading my newly filled water bottles in my trunk, and he commented in passing that he dropped one and busted it a little. I reassured him that my bottles are plastic, so if one breaks, I just recycle it. I wasn't considering at the time that it might leak everywhere. I parked at home, popped open my trunk, and beheld a giant puddle in my trunk on the side of the water bottles. At first I thought, "I know these people are nice. They've treated me only well before." However, if I'm a valued return customer, why would Brett neglect to inform me that the busted gallon could leak everywhere? That's pure negligence.

We just got to know about this place, we usually full at Walmart for 54 cents per gallon but here it is only 45 cents and also they take care of everything. We just give them empty can. They cleaned it completely, refilled it, got new cap and bropped in the car which is really great. There is self service option also just for 35 cents per gallon with option to clean the can. Water quality is also good. Tastes different from Walmart but it's good. They have other Tea options but did not explore. There is Alkaline water available for $1 per gallon but did not try.

I am reviewing here after being a customer with Tea 2 Go for almost 4 years. I have tried water in Walmart and also in the Sprouts store near by. But tea 2 go is the best. People work there are very kind. They were always helpful. If you get water inside, they help bringing it till your car and load it. For outside water plan you will not get that help, it is DIY thing. Water is very good. Never faced an issue at all. Good job tea 2 go, Way to go 👍🏽

I’ve been using Tea2Go in Plano for their purified water, and I must say, it’s absolutely worth buying their monthly plan. The water quality is excellent, and it’s reassuring to see how thoroughly they wash the cans before filling them. The staff here are genuinely kind and friendly, making every visit a pleasant experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for reliable, clean, and great-tasting purified water!

One of the Cheapest Best places around town for Top quality pure alkaline and RO water! 5 gal $1.75 (I put in 2 $1 bills and the machine didn't give me the quarter back?) Each 1 gal is .35 cents. Good prices, smiling faces, 24 hours, plus they will carry your water tanks to your car for you. One problem that needs fixing is the bugs or mosquitos? Not sure what they are but I wouldn't want it in my water 😐 , maybe install a zapper will help idk?
